Unless otherwise
noted by the product (such as the
privy), returns must be within 15 days
of receipt of the goods.. To make a
return please call 1-727-944-2503 to
receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Please ship the item (in it's original
box and packaging) with your packing
slip to:

The RAN must be seen on the outside
of the package or it will not be
accepted.
For your protection, if you receive a
product, and upon receipt, change your
mind, you may request a refund. A refund
will be issued back to you thru Paypal
less 15%
re-stocking fee upon receipt of the product(s) and the subsequent
inspection.
Products returned broken, missing parts
or used will not be refunded. We encourage you to
send your return via UPS. Return
packages must be prepaid. We cannot
accept COD. Even exchanges are sent back
to you at no additional charge. If you
request a refund, a check will be mailed
to you for the balance due. There is no refund/exchange
on shipping and handling. Please note on the
packing slip why you decided to return
our product so that we can improve our
service.
If anything is damaged in your order,
please save the carton and all the
packing material as well as the item. Do
not return the merchandise. Notify us
immediately at 1-727-944-2503
Again, you will receive a RAN and you
will return the items as stated above. A
claim will be filed with the shipper and
upon receipt of payment on the claim
(they may request to view the product
before you return it to us) we will send
you a replacement. If a refund is
requested, upon receipt of the broken
item, a refund will be issued through
Paypal less shipping and handling.
We are sorry, but also for the safety of
our pets, we cannot accept exchanges or
refunds on food, clothing, homes, cages,
bedding or medicines.
