dba Skamper-Industries accepts returns for manufacturer
defects only as defined in the 2-year limited warranty.
Skamper Industries
does not accept returns for unused/untried ramps.
If the item, upon review by
the manufacturer, is determined to be defective under the conditions of the
manufacturer limited 2-year warranty, Skamper Industries will ship
a replacement ramp to your customer at no charge.
Any product customers deem
to be defective must be returned to Skamper Industries for inspection. In
addition:

The product must be
returned is in its original packaging, with all component parts,
instructions, warranty card

You must obtain a RMA number from FAWSPETS
1-727-944-2503
(PO # and date of original purchase, preferably) prior to the item
being returned*

The person returning the
item is responsible for all freight charges associated with the return.
NOTE: Shipping & handling
fees are not refundable.
Any returns received without a RMA/RA may delay or void the claim.
